All patients coming to Medical Imaging of Baltimore will need to bring their insurance card(s), driver’s license/identification card, and any referral form or preauthorization that is required by your insurance company. We will also need your prescription from your doctor for your examination. You will receive a complimentary parking ticket when you arrive for your exam.
