Lisa Lucido, MIB General Manager
Lisa has been a dedicated employee at MIB since 1990. Lisa started her career as medical transcriptionist and was promoted to Assistant Office Manager in 1997. She was promoted to Office Manager in 2003.
Lisa regularly participates in industry speciality groups keeping our staff abreast of new imaging trends.
Lisa works on merging GBMC and MIB quality standards in an advisory capacity protecting the rights and safety of our patients and physicians.

Michelle Trockenbrot, Assistant Office Manager/Billing Manager
Michelle began her employment at MIB in 1997 working as a claims specialist. She was promoted to Billing Manager in 2000. Michelle added another feather in her cap in 2003 when she assumed the duties of Assistant Office Manager, whereby she keeps the office running smoothly in Lisa’s absence. Michelle makes sure that all claims are filed in a timely manner and works on behalf of patients for claim reimbursement.

Karen Klinedinst Chief MR Technologist/Safety Officer
Karen began working at MIB before our doors opened in 1985. She was a technologist at The Neurology Center and began scanning at MIB with our first patient. She was a staff technologist for many years keeping patient care as a top priority. In 2000, she assumed the role of Chief Technologist/Safety Officer where she keeps the MRI side of our office compliant with safety standards. She also keeps all of the technologists up-to-date on scanning protocols.

Bryan Newman, Chief PET/CT Technologist
Bryan began working at MIB in 2000 to open our PET/CT Department. We scanned our first patient in 2001 in a temporary trailer in our parking lot. We installed our permanent scanner in 2002 and he has worked very hard at keeping our PET/CT Department current and up-to-date. He has gained the confidence of many referring physicians by attending the Oncology Conference and The Head and Neck Conference on a weekly basis. He brings his laptop and selected patient images to present at these conferences so that the specialized teams can confer on the best treatment plan.

Betsy Braxton, Front Desk Supervisor
Betsy started working at MIB in 2002 in the Billing Department. She was promoted to Front Desk Supervisor in 2003. Her duties include supervising the front desk staff, ordering supplies and coordinating inpatient exam requests.

Olivia Miller, Medical Transcriptionist/Physician Liaison
Olivia started working at MIB in 2003 as a medical transcriptionist. While she still assumes this duty, she also aids referring physicians by answering questions, faxing reports and connecting them to our radiologists.

Noreen Pfeiffer, Director of Marketing/Technologist
Noreen started working at MIB in 1988 and was the Chief Technologist for 13 years. She assumed the role of Marketing Director in 2004 so that she could focus on promoting MIB to the community. In addition to working as a technologist, she vists doctors’ offices to offer supportive material and writes quarterly newsletters and imaging updates as necessary.
