

Medical Imaging of Baltimore (MIB) commenced operations in 1986 with five employees
and one MRI scanner. The medical and patient response was overwhelming, and within
a few months MIB was providing scanning services to the greater Baltimore area seven
days a week, 24 hours a day.
Service beyond scanning has been our engine for growth
- whether delivering films and reports to referring docs within 24 hours, customizing
our protocols to meet needs of specific physician specialties, or accommodating
special requests from patients or physicians. Thirty-five full and part time employees
strive each day to ensure excellence in our approach and service to patients and
their families. MIB is on call for hospital emergencies 24/7, and we provide regular
appointments every day of the week. Our up-to-date equipment includes one high field closed and
one high field opem MRI scanners, a PET/CT scanner, and breast biopsy capability.
Patient comfort and compassion is our goal. We welcome your comments and feedback

Lisa Lucido, MIB General Manager
Lisa has been a dedicated employee at MIB since 1990. Lisa started her career as secretary and was promoted to assistant office manager in 1997. She has attended many seminars for the betterment of MIB.
Lisa regularly participates in industry speciality groups keeping our staff abreast of new imaging trends.
Lisa works on merging GBMC and MIB quality standards and advisory capacity protecting
the rights and safety of our shared partners.
